Honeycomb Core
Honeycomb core is made of 100% recycled kraft paper, It is having hexagonal shape and each cell connects to make continues honeycomb core. It is high in strength and light weight for filling material . Honifill is widely used as a low-cost core material in interior doors, partition walls, furniture panels, metal doors, and various components for the automotive industry.
Honifill is supplied in unexpanded on pallets and will have an optimal hexagonal cell shape after expanding. Honifill can be expands in expanded dryer, de-moisturizing and cut to size required, which will helps optimize speed and output-quality of manufacturing processes and is highly recommended.
