Honeycomb Boxes
Honeycomb boxes are custom-made based on the packing need and criticality. Honeycomb boards are available in 10 – 100mm in thickness and width of 1000mm and length of 2500mm.
These boxes formed with angle board in four corners, it can be dis-assemble as Bottom, Side wall and Top. Angle board to honeycomb board stuck together for better bonding and strength.
Honeycomb Primary Packaging
Honeycomb used as primary packaging, which helps to prevent the damages,scratches and dust free packing .
Paper Honeycomb can be replaced EPE based products in 1:1 , based product packing application.
Machined components packing, Die cut profile, mirror shape punches can easily do with the Honeycomb.
Honeycomb Separators:
Honeycomb separators are available in required sizes. Which helps to eliminate the box packing.This concept of packing used in all OEM’s to reduce the packing time and cost.
Separator act as middle layer between the products stacking, will absorbs the load in transit and prevents damages.

Honeycomb Edge and Corner Protection
Honeycomb corner protectors are mainly used for damage and scratch free primary packing. These are available in customized sizes and design.
Flexi Comb
Crushed Honeycomb gives more cushion as like soft EPE foam, It is softer and have height tearing strength . with this frogail products can packed and shipped, Mainly Glass products, soft furniture and other products for scratch resistance.
Void Fillers
During the container stuffing in between the pallets gap maintained for loading and unloading. These gaps cause to collapse pallet and boxes during the transit and hence products get damages.The gap size can be 100 – 300mm width and height of 1000mm, that can easily fold and filled with Honeycomb boards.
